Mix veggie filling soup to soothe your taste buds and belly fat

🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 big Potatoes
  • 2 big Tomatoes
  • Red Onion1 medium
  • 1 big Carrot
  • Beatroot1 medium
  • 2-3 pods Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • To Taste Salt
  • Cinnamon stick1 medium

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Peel, wash and cut all veggies into big chucks.

Take a pressure cooker and heat 1 tbsp oil in it.

Roast garlic pods and ginger in it till they are slighly brown in color. Now add cinnamon stick and let it roast till it is fragrant.

Add all the veggies and roast it for few seconds. Add some water and salt to taste. You can also add pepper powder. Remeber not to add much water as it would make your soup too watery.

Let all the veggies cook for about 4-5 whistles.

Once the cooker is cool enough, open and blend all the cooked veggies in the pot itself. Remeber to take out cinnamon stick before blending as it is just added to give aromatic flavour to the soup. Blend it more to get the correct consistency of soup.

Simmer the soup for few more minutes on medium flame after blending. You can add cream for more thickness. Enjoy your soup hot.

I have served my soup with boiled corn kernels to give a cruncy taste to it.
