Cholafali Chutney
Easy to prepare SPICY & Tangy Chutney...the best accompaniment for CHOLAFALI ( FAFDA , Papdi )
🧺 Ingredients
- 2 TBSPN Gram Flour
- Mint Leaves1 Cup
- Green Chillies4 Nos.
- 2 tspn Lemon Juice
- Pinch of hing
- 2 Tspn Salt
- 2 Tbspn Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- 2 Tbpsn Curd
- To Garnish Chaat Masala
👨🍳 Method — step by step
In a mixing bowl, Mix gram flour, curd and water to prepare a fine smooth paste. Don't add too much of water, but should be in pouring consistency.
Transfer this mixture into a pan, cook it on a slow flame for almost 8-10 minutes by stirring it continuously to make sure no lumps are left in that.
Let it cool down to the room temperature.
Mean while, In a mixture bowl, take Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Green chillies and blend it once for 2 minutes without adding water.
Add pinch of hing, salt to taste and blend it well for 2-3 minutes and prepare fine paste by adding minimum of water.
At the end add lemon juice to it.
Add this green paste into the cooked gram flour mixture. and mix it properly.
Your CHUTNEY for CHOLAFALI is ready to be served. Garnish it with Pinch of Chat masala and mint leaves.
Usually, It's served chilled with crispy cholafali.
