"VIRGIN MOJITO" with freshness of Mint blended with lime.

🧺 Ingredients

  • Mint Leaves (Freshly plunked and roughly torn by Hands)1 Cup
  • Lemon (Medium - Cut into thin Lemon wedges.)2 Nos
  • 2 TBSPN Honey
  • 2 TBSPN Powdered Sugar
  • Ice Cubes (20 Cubes)2 Cups
  • Soda Water (you can use any Carborated water)450 ML
  • 2 Tspn Black Salt

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

In a Masion Jar take 2 lemon Wedges and Almost half cup of freshly plucked Mint leaves.

Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.

Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not Strain the Mixture.

Fill the jar almost till the top with Ice Cubes.

Pour the SODA Water over the ice slowly. You can use any other flavored carbonated water too to replace Soda water.

Stir well with the stirrer and garnish with remaining Mint Leaves.

Close the lid on the Jar.

It's ready to be served chilled.
