Cheesy Shahi Paneer
Shahi Paneer prepared at home in Yellow rich Gravey...
🧺 Ingredients
- 200 Grams Paneer (Cut n cubes and Blanched.)
- CASHEW NUT10 Nos
- 7 - 8 Nos Almond
- 2 Tbspn Magajtari
- 7 - 8 Nos. Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- Red Onion (Medium)3 Nos
- 3 TBSPN Pure Ghee
- 1/2 Inches Cinnamon Stick
- Black Cardemom2 Nos
- 4 -5 Nos Long
- 2 Tspn Turmeric Powder
- 2 Tspn Red Chilly Powder
- To Taste Salt
- Curd (Beaten well)1 Cup
- 1 tspn Kitchen King Masala
- 1 Tspn Garam Masala
- Bay Leaf1 small
- 1 Tbspn Tomato Purée
- 1 Cheese Cubes (Cut it in small cubes)
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Heat Half of the pot of water til boil.
Add Chopped Onion, CASHEW Nuts, Almond, garlic and ginger and boil it for 5 minutes.
Drain the water and keep it aside. Don't throw the water for now.
Grind altogather to make a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat Ghee. Add whole spices: bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, long, Chopped green chillies and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add that smooth paste n cook it for 5 minutes. Add dry spices and mix well.
Add beaten curd and mix well. Add tomato Purée to it and mix it.
Cook it for 5 minutes by adding the Onion stock we have preserved.
Gravy is ready.
Add Blanched paneer cubes and mix it well. Close the lead and let it rest for a while .
Add cheese cubes and mix it well.
Serve it hot with choice of bread or any rice preparation...
