Gujarati Kadhi
Presenting a Very popular gujarati kadhi recipe
🧺 Ingredients
- 250 Grams Curd (Beaten well)
- 2 TBSPN Gram Flour
- Green Chillies (Split and cut into two)2 Nos
- 5 - 6 Nos Garlic (Roughly crushed)
- 1 Inch Ginger (Cut in small cubes)
- 5 - 6 Nos Curry Leaves
- 2Tbspn Jaggery (Grated)
- 2Tspn Cumin Seeds
- Dry Red Chilly2 Nos
- 2Tbspn Pure Ghee
- 1Tspn Fenugreek Seeds
- Water2 Cups
- 4-5 nos Cloves
- 2 Tbspn Coriander Leaves
👨🍳 Method — step by step

In a mixing bowl, take beaten curd, gram flour and beat it well till no lumps left. Keep on adding water while beating.
Put this bowl on a slow heat. Add jaggery, Crushed garlic and salt and cook it for 5 minutes.

Heat Ghee in a tempering pan.
Add curry leaves, Cumin seeds, cloves, dry red chilly, ginger, green chillies and let it cook for a while.

Add this tempering on the curd mixture and mix well.
Let it cook till 4 to 5 boils.

Put off the flame. Gujarati kadhi is ready to be served hot.
Garnish it with fresh Coriander leaves.
