🧺 Ingredients

  • Lal masoor dal2 tbsp
  • Chana Dal2 tbsp
  • Arhar dal2 tbsp
  • Moong dhuli dal2 tbsp
  • To Taste Salt
  • Red Chilly Powder1 tsp
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Carrot
  • Cabbage1/2 cup
  • 1 Capsicum
  • Chat Masala1 tsp
  • 4-5 Dhania leaves
  • 100 gms Paneer
  • Olive Oil1 tbsp
  • Garlic red chilly chutney2 tbsp

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Take a bowl add chana dal..arhar dal..masoor lal dal and moong dhuli all in 1 cup.. and 1 cup rice.. soak it overnyt.. or minimum for 3 hrs

Grind dal..ginger..salt..red chilly powder to a smooth batter

Heat the tawa add olive oil and spread batter on it..

Sprinkle chopped onion..chopped capsicum.. chopped cabbage.. grated paneer.. dhnia leaves.. and sprinkle chat masala. Cook it from both sides..

Take pizza cutter cut into strips and roll..it serve with sauce or chutney
