🧺 Ingredients

  • 100 Grams Murmura (Vagharela Mamara (Puffed Rice))
  • 50 - 100 Grams Sev (Thinnest SEV available)
  • Medium Red Onion (Finely Chopped)1 Nos
  • Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)1 Nos
  • BOILED Potatoes (boiled and finely chopped.)1 Nos
  • Green chilly (Finely Chopped)1 Small
  • 6 TBspn Dates chutney (We used Dates & Tamarind Chutney)
  • 4 TBSPN Green Chutney (Coriander Garlic Chutney)
  • 3 TBSPN Garlic Chutney (Garlic and Red Chilly Paste)
  • 1 Tspn Chat masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • Dry Puri (We used readily available crispy puris (can be prepared at home too))6 NOs

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Take a big bowl.

In puffed rice, mix sev, crushed dry chat puri, onion, tomato, boiled potato (smashed/chopped) and mix well.

Add all chutneys into it and mix well.

Sprinkle some chat masala, salt to it and again mix well.

Take this mixture in a serving bowl.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and sev.

And the healthy snack is ready to serve.
