Coconut Chutney is simply awesome chutney. Its made with some easily available ingredients and it goes with all the South Indian dishes like dosa, idly, chapati, akki roti etc...

🧺 Ingredients

  • 100 gms Fresh Coconut
  • 3 Tbspn Daalia (Fried Grams)
  • Green Chillies2 Nos
  • Cloves of garlic (or ginger)2 Nos
  • Coriander Leaves (Chopped)1/2 Cup
  • 1 Inch Tamarind
  • 1/4 tspn Cumin Seeds
  • To Taste Salt
  • For Grinding Water
  • 1 Tspn Oil
  • Curry Leaves7 Nos
  • 1 Tspn Mustard Seeds

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

In a mixture jar add all the ingredients and water as required to grind.

Grind well.

Take Chutney in a bowl.

Heat a pan, add oil. After heating oil add mustered seeds, let them crackle.
Add Curry leaves. Turn of the flame.

Tamper on Chutney.

Chutney is Ready to Serve!!!
