FARALI POTATO ROASTY
A FARALI (Falahari) dish prepared by a boring potatoes and minimal ingrediients
🧺 Ingredients
- Potatoes (Par Boiled (Medium Sized))4 Nos.
- 1 Tspn Ginger Paste
- 2 Tspn Green Chilly Paste
- 1 Tspn Lemon Juice
- 1 Tspn Red Chilly Powder
- To Taste Salt
- 2 Tspn Cumin Seeds
- To Shallow Fry Roasties Oil
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Grate 4 Par boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.
Season it with all the spices except cumin seed (Jeera).

On a flat pan, Heat 1 Tbspn of Oil.
Add some cumin seeds (JEERA) and saute for a sec.

Spread the grated potatoes mixture on that evenly.

Cook the roasty till golden brown both the sides.
