Gujarati Chevati Daal is so easy to prepare and healthy.
It is made with the combinations of daal. With the flavours of ginger,Chilly and garlic.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 200 Gms Toor Daal (Boiled)
  • 50 Gms Chana Daal (Boiled)
  • 50 Gms moong dal (Boiled)
  • 50 Gms Urad Daal (Boiled)
  • 50 Gms Lal masoor dal (Boiled)
  • Green chilly (Crushed)2 Nos
  • Garlic (Crushed)7 Nos
  • 1 Inch or more Ginger (Grated)
  • 3 Tbspn Oil
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • As required Water

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

In a pan Heat oil, Add green chilly and garlic stir for a while.

Add boiled daals, and salt, turmeric powder, red chilly powder.
Add water to make required consistency.

Add grated ginger and stir well for few minutes.

Chevati Daal is ready. Serve hot with rotla, rotli, bhakhari or rice!!!
