Idli upma
Easy to make. All who are dieting and want sumthing diff. Heres the recipe.. try it once.
🧺 Ingredients
- 4 Readymade idli
- Olive Oil1 tbsp
- Sarson1/2 tsp
- Raw peanuts2 tsp
- Onions1 cup
- carrot1 cup
- French Beans2 tbsp
- Sweet corn kernels2 tbsp
- Capsicum1/2 cup
- 50 gms Paneer
- To Taste Salt
- Black Pepper1 tsp
- Dhania leaves1/2 cup
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take idli and crush it with ur hands u can take homemade idlies too..keep aside.

Take a pan add oil,sarson,peanuts,cook for a min. Now add onion saute till transparent.

Now add all the veggies one by one and cook it for 5 min. Now add all the seasning and crushed idli.

At last add paneer and dhnia leaves on the top. Cover ut for 3-4 min. Serve..
