Restaurant Style Tomato Soup
Healthy and Tasty Restaurant Style Tomato Soup.
Usually, many restaurants use either corn flour or boiled potatoes to make it thick...which is a secret ingredient to it.
We have omitted that to make the soup healthy without changing the taste.
🧺 Ingredients
- 4 -5 Nos. Tomatoes (Medium - Diced)
- Carrot (Medium Diced)1 Cup
- 5 -6 Cloves Garlic
- 7 - 8 Nos Black Pepper (WHOLE)
- 2 Tspn Crushed Black Pepper
- To Taste Salt
- 1 TBSPN Butter
- 2 TBSPN Sugar
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Heat Butter in a pan.
Add diced tomatoes and carrot to it. Toast them well.
Add Garlic Cloves and whole black peppers to it and again cook it for 2 minutes.
Add Water and cook it again for 3 to 4 minutes with closed lid.
Season it with salt, red chilly powder and sugar. Mix it well.
Let it cool for a while.
Transfer it in a mixture bowl.
Grind it well till smooth. Sieve the paste to have a fine smooth mixture (paste).
In a same pan, heat some butter.
Add this paste to it.
Adjust the taste as required.
Add freshly crushed black pepper.
Serve it hot with Toast or bread sticks.
