This Strawberry Chutney can be used as an accompaniment for chaats, as a dip with crackers, as a spread over breads or even along with parathas for breakfast. 

🧺 Ingredients

  • 1 box Strawberry
  • Mustard Oil1 tsp
  • Panch poran2 tsp
  • To Taste Salt
  • A pinch Haldi
  • 1 Sabut lal mirch
  • Powdered Sugar1 tbsp
  • CASHEW NUT1 tsp
  • Kishmish1 tsp
  • Ginger1 tsp

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Dry roast panch poran & make powder..

Chop strawberries …sprinkle sugar & keep aside for ½ an hour…

Heat mustard oil…add paanch poran & dry red chilli….add chopped ginger…sauté & add strawberries….add salt , turmeric , raisins & kaju & cook till strawberries get mashey…

Add sugar as per taste & cook till becomes jammy…add panch phoron powder… Can also be served as spicy jam on crackers or toast...
