Garlic bread with matra topping
Try this out. Something diff from regular kulchas. Crisp bottom with soft topping.best for get together.
🧺 Ingredients
- Matra1 cup
- Ghee1 tbsp
- 1 Red Onion
- Ginger Paste1/2 tsp
- Garlic Paste1/2 tsp
- Tomato Purée1 cup
- Red Chilly Powder1 tsp
- haldi1/2 tsp
- Roasted zeera powder1 tsp
- To Taste Salt
- 1 Garlic loaf
- 1/2 bowl Dhania chutney
- Dhania leaves
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Soak matra overnyt next morning bowl it with haldi n salt .

For tadka
Take mixy add onion make a puree. Take a wok add ghee,onion paste saute for 3 min now add ginger garlic paste saute till holden brown

Now add tomato puree and all the seasoning cook till ghee gets seperate now add boiled matra. Cook for 3 min. Keep aside.

Take a garlic loaf cut into small roundles cook it on tawa or grill till crisp.

Spread chutney add matra top up with chopped onion,tomato,dhnia leaves .enjoy
