Dal chawala arancini
Full meal in just one bite..no more boring dal chawal.. new avtar waiting for u to try..
🧺 Ingredients
- moong dal1 cup
- Rice1 cup
- 4 Green chilly
- To Taste Salt
- Lijjat masala papad1 cup
- Garlic Chopped2 tsp
- haldi1/2 tsp
- Ghee1 tsp
- Hing1/4tsp
- Dhania leaves
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Take a cooker add moong dal 2 cup water,garlic chopped,green chilly chopped,hing,ghee,salt and haldi 1 whistle is enough.
Boil the rice till soft
Now mix dal and chawal and cook it till thick or water gets eveporate.add dhania leaves. Cool it down.
Crush the lijjat papd in the mixy. Now spread it on the plate and roll the dal chawal ball and fry them till crisp.
Serve with green chutney and papad.
NOTE- i used makhani gravy to make circle.(FOR MAKHANI GRAVY -take a kadai add oil,1 diced onion ,2 diced tomato,5 kaju,2 hari mirch,2 choti elaichi saute till soft and add salt,haldi,lalmirch mix it well. Cool it down take a mixy add masala and milk grind it, sieve it, and decorate.)
