Mini Cracker Sandwich
Best use of Salty crackers. Healthy version of Sandwich using lots of Veggies and sauces of choice.
🧺 Ingredients
- 1 Pack Salty Crackers (Biscuit) (Usually 10 Nos.)
- 2 -4 Leaves Ice Burg Lettuce (Hand torn (don't use knife))
- Red Onion (Cut in roundels)1 Medium
- Tomatoes (Cut in roundels)1 Medium
- Cucumber (Cut in roundels)1 Medium
- 8 - 10 Nos Black Olives (Round Slices)
- 4 - 5 Nos Jalapenos (Round sliced)
- Cheese Slice2 Nos
- 2 TBSPN Thousand Island Spread
- 2 TBSPN Mint Mayonnaise
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take Crackers ( Biscuits) on a flat plate.
Spread thousand island and mint mayonnaise spreads on each cracker.

Arrange onion rings, cucumber slices to it.
Put a cheese slice on them. Arrange tomatoes and add black olives and jalapenos to it.
Lastly put a lettuce leave on it and cover it with another cracker.
Repeat it for all the crackers set.
MINI Sandwiches are ready to grab !!!
