Roti or Chapati with aloo matar or aloo Paneer are the common North Indian food made daily in everyone’s Kitchen. So, presenting a twisted aloo Paneer with roti in an Italian look.

🧺 Ingredients

  • 2 Chapati
  • Paneer Cubes1 cup
  • 1 Potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oregeno
  • 1 teaspoon Butter
  • 1/3 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 3-4 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped tomatoes
  • Wheat Flour1 Cup
  • All purpose flour1 cup
  • Lukewarm water1 cup

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Make a soft dough with 1:1 wheat flour and all purpose flour. Knead it with water and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Make medium size roti with it and butter brush little over the roti when it’s done with roasted.

For Aloo Paneer
Heat oil in a pan and sauté potatoes (cut into small cubes). Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder. Sauté them till the masalas leaves oil. Add Paneer cubes and 1/2 cup of water. Boil and cook till the water dries up.

Now take a roti, spread some aloo Paneer on it. Put another roti over it and spread some tomato ketchup over the top of the roti. Spread some chopped capsicum, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, some Paneer cubes, mozzarella cheese and some Italian seasonings and chilli flakes.

Microwave it for 30 seconds and serve hot.
