Chocolate Golguppe with Kalakand Mousse filling and Chocolate Milkshake Water
Golgappe...The name itself is mouthwatering. There are so many names of it...Pani puri, gupchup, fuchka etc. In some potato is as a filling, some has channa filling. The water also changes from region to region. But what if this Indian savoury snacks gets a Videshi makeover and becomes sweet? Presenting Chocolate golgappe with kalakand mousse filling and chocolate milkshake water.
🧺 Ingredients
- 15 Readymade golguppe
- 300 gram Dark chocolate compound
- 200 gram Kalakand
- 200 gram Heavy Cream
- Sprinkle2 tsp
- 1 drop Edible food color red
- 3 table spoon Dry fruits cut into small pieces
- For milkshake:
- Chocolate icecream2 tbsp
- Dairy Milk1 cup
- 1 tea spoon Sugar
- Coco powder2 tsp
- Chopped dark chocolate1/4 cup
- For garnishing Cherry
- For serving Shot glasses
👨🍳 Method — step by step
First make the milkshake. For that add all ingredients for milkshake and blend in a blender. Refrezerate for later use.
Now for kalakand mousse heat kalakand in a non stick pan until melts.
Cool it. Whip the cream with red colour until stiff peaks form.
Now add the kalakand with cream and fill in a piping bag.
Melt the dark compound.
Make hole in golguppas and coat each golguppa with chocolate.
Decorate with rainbow sprinkles.
Now fill each golguppa with chopped dry fruits and then pipe some kalakand mousse in it.
Top with a cherry.
Pour shot glasses with chocolate shake and place one golgappe on each glass.
Serve immediately.
