🧺 Ingredients

  • moong dal2 tbsp
  • Chana Dal2 tbsp
  • Rice2 tbsp
  • Arhar dal2 tbsp
  • Ginger Paste1/2 tsp
  • Garlic Paste1/2 tsp
  • A pinch Asafoetida
  • Sabut zeera1/2 tsp
  • To Taste Salt
  • Chopped Onion1 cup
  • Chopped Capsicum1 cup
  • 100 gms Paneer
  • Sweet corn kernels1/2 cup
  • Chat Masala2 tsp
  • Oil2 tbsp

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Take dal and rice soak it for 4 hr. Then grind it like a smooth dosa batter.

Now take a bowl add batter,hing,zeera,salt mix it well.

Heat the tawa add batter spread jn roundle shape add onion,capsicum,paneer,kernels,dhnia leaves and chat masala.

Sprinkle iil vook it from both sides. Now add chilly garlic sauce(optional) and roll it off. Cut into small pieces. Enjoy.
