Chole mousse tartlets
Full meal in just one bite.
🧺 Ingredients
- White chana1 cup
- 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
- 2 Onions
- Anardana1 tsp
- Tomato Purée2 cup
- Chole masala1 tsp
- Salt
- Khade masala
- Roasted zeera powder1 tsp
- Lal mirch powder1 tsp
- Dhania leaves2 tbsp
- Maida1/2cup
- Curd2 tsp
- A pinch Baking Soda
- Sugar1/4tsp
- Ghee1 tsp
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Take white chana soak it whole night . Next morning add salt,teabag(optional) ,amla,moti elaichi and whistle it till soft. Keep aside.
For tadka
Take a kadayi add ghee and all the khada masala(tez patta,elaichi,dalchinni) saute for a min.
Now add grinded onion(onion and anardana) paste saute for 3 min and add ginger garlic paste.. cook it for 5 min.
Now add tomato puree and all the masalas. Wait till oil gets seperate you can add malai/ cream its optional.
Now add chole and cook it for 10 min. (NOTE- dont make gravy. It should be like rasaras)
Cool it down and grind a fine paste.put it in whipping bag and put it on bhatura tart.
For bhatura
Take maida,salt,sugar,baking soda and ghee mix it well now add curd and make a dough. Rest it for 2 hrs.
Now with the help of rolling pin make a chapati cut into square and bake it for 5 min on 180 degree..
