🧺 Ingredients

  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Water1 cup
  • 4-5 Kesar
  • Elaichi powder1/2 tsp
  • Saunf powder1 tsp
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Curd1 tsp
  • Milk1/4 cup
  • Ghee1 tsp
  • Dessicated coconut1 cup
  • Liquid chocolate2 tbsp
  • For garnish Dry rose petals
  • For garnisj Pistachio

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Firstly make 1 string(ek taar) chashni. Sugar ,water,elaichi powder and kesar.keep aside.

Now for malpua
Take a bowl add flour,saunf powder,elaichi powder,curd and milk mix it well.

Heat the tawa add ghee and the batter make a big round shape like chilla but little thick.cook it from both sides.

Now with the help if bottle cap cut into small roundles and dip it in warm chashni fir 2 3 min.

Now take it out from the chashni and coat ut with dessicated coconut.

Now for the sandwich add chocolate in b/w the malpuas. Garnish with rose petals and pista.
