🧺 Ingredients

  • Chhole Chana2 cup
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • 2 Onions
  • Anardana1 tsp
  • 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
  • 3 Tomato Purée
  • Chole masala2 tsp
  • haldi1/2 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder1 tsp
  • 2 Tez patta
  • Salt
  • Maida1 cup
  • Curd2 tsp
  • Milk2 tbsp
  • Baking Soda1/4 tsp
  • Sugar1/4 tsp
  • Dhania chutney

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

For pindi chole
Soak the chole overnight. After 8 hr add moti elaichi ,tea bag,amla and cook it till soft. Keep aside.

Take a kadai add oil,tez patta and oniinnpaste (onion+anardana) and saute for 4 min. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook till golden.

Now add tomato puree and allbthe masalas. At last add 1 tsp of masala and chole.. mash half of the chole in the gravy. Chole ready.

For bhatura
Take a bowl add maida,sugar,salt,curd,milk and baking soda and make a dough rest it till double in size.

Now take a bhatura dough make small size puri and add it in muffin mould. Blind bake it ( means prick it and add raw pulses and bake it) at 180 degree for 6 min. Cup is ready.

Add chole,dhnia chutney,onion,hari mirch enjoy.
