🧺 Ingredients
- 5 Boiled and mashed potato
- 4 Moti hari mirch
- Besan1 cup
- Ajwain Seeds1/4 tsp
- Lal mirch powder1 tsp
- Salt
- Pizza seasoning1 tsp
- Mozzarella Cheese1/2 cup
- 1 Chopped onion
- 1 Chopped Capsicum
- Red Chilly Flakes2 tsp
- Anardana1 tsp
- Oil for frying
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take a bowl add aloo,anardana,red chilly powder,salt,ajwain n mix it well.

Take a moti mirch make a slit . Take out the extra seeds of mirchi and stuff the aloo mixture in it.

Now cover the mirchi with aloo mixture.

Take a bowl add besan,salt,lal mirch powder and water make a thick batter. Dip mirchi in it and deep fry.

When mirch bonda become crisp golden take iut on absorbent paper. Now make a slit add onion,capsicum,pizza seasoning and cheese.on the top add chilly flakes.

Bake it at 180 degree for 4 min. Ready to serve.
