Gulkand mousse
🧺 Ingredients
- White Chocolate1/2 cup
- whipped cream1/2 cup
- Gulkand2 tbsp
- 1 tetra pack Fresh Cream
- Ganache1 cup
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take a bowl add chocolate ,1/2 tetra pack cream and melt it and mix it well.

Now add gulkand and whipped cream do the cut n fold process.

Add it in the mouls and freezer it for 2 hrs. Or till set.

For instant set you can use 1 tsp geletine too.
After it sets down.

Demould it and cover it with chocolate ganache and decorate it with dried rose petals.

FOR GANACHE
melt 1/2 cup chocolate 2 tbsp cream add kesar in it
