- Maida
- Oats powder
- Salt
- Ajwain Seeds
- Baking Powder
- Curd
- Hung Curd
- Tandoori masala
- Mustard Oil
- Diced onion
- Capsicum
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Red Chilly Flakes
- Pizza seasoning
- Paneer Cubes
👨🍳 Method — step by step

For samosa
Take a bowl add maida,iats powder,salt,baking powder,curd mix it well now add oil and water and make a normal dough. Rest it for 3 hr at warm place.

For stuffing
Take a bowl add curd,tandoori masala,salt,besan(optional),sarsom oil mix it well now add paneer cubes,capsicum diced and onion diced. Rest it for minimum. 30 min.

Take a doug kneed ig agaim and add roll it like puri. Add stuffing in the center and seal from sides.

Niw add mozerella cheese,chilly flakes,pizza seasoning and bake ig for 10-12 min. Add 180 degree.. enjoy.
