Baked daal pakwaan
Daal pakwaan is a popular fast food of north india ,rajasthan.it is made by frying pakwan in oil but I made it by baking and alsi I made mini pakwaan top with daal.we can use it in brunch ,kids party or as fast food.
🧺 Ingredients
- flour1 cup
- Salt
- 1 tblspn ginger garlic paste
- Pure Ghee1 Tbsp
- jeera1 tsp
- Garam Masala1 tsp
- Chana Daal1 Cup
- Red Chilli Powder1 tsp
- Oil
- Imli chutney
- Green Chutney
- Sev Bhujiya
- Coriander Leaves
- Pomegranate pearls
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Add 1 cup flour in a bowl.
Add jeera and salt
Add ghee and rub with finger in flour
Make a dough divide in two parts
Then take one part and roll down
Prick it with fork
Take round cookie cutter and cut small rounds
Prepare all rounds of dough
Greeze baking tray and preheat oven
Bake on 180 degree centigrade 15 minutes
Heat oil and add ginger and garlic paste
Then add boiled daal
Add salt and chilli powder
Mix all of them and cook
Add lemon juice make it dry because we are going to make chaat of it
Take papri and add chana dal over it then imli chutney
Add green chutney
Sprinkle sev bhujiya and garnish with pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves
Now our papri chaat is ready
