Here is another healthy dish which is a fusion of handvo which has vegetables along with kids favourite cheese and in form of baked miffins.

🧺 Ingredients

  • Rice1 cup
  • channa dal1/2 cup
  • moong dal1/4cup
  • Urad Dal2 tbsp
  • Curd1 cup
  • grated Lauki1 Cup
  • grated carrot1 cup
  • 2 chillies
  • Oil1 tbsp
  • Mustard seeds1 tbsp
  • seasme seeds1 tsp
  • Pinch of hing
  • jeera1 tsp
  • 10 curry leaves
  • Spinach pure1 cup
  • Lemon juice1 tbsp
  • Salt1 tsp
  • haldi1 tsp
  • channa1 tsp
  • Grated Cheese1/2 cup

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

soak rice and all daals at night.make paste of rice,daal,ginger and chilli.add palak puree and curd along with all veggies,lemon juice and spices.make tadka with given ingredients.preheat ovan. add half tadka in battar and eno sachet.pour 2 tsp battar in silicon muffin moulds and add cheese .then again pour 2 tsp battar.bake them for 20 min. At preheated ovan.cool and demould spread chutney and spread tadka upon them .Our healthy baked palak muffins are ready.
