Everyone loves samosa including kids,here I made one more fusion with samosa.i make them with vegetables and attractive shape of flower and most healthiest part of it that I don't fry them...I bake them.

🧺 Ingredients

  • flour1 cup
  • Oil2 tbsp
  • Salt1 tsp
  • For studying :-
  • Oil1 tsp
  • jeera1 tsp
  • Onion2 tbsp
  • beans2 tbsp
  • grated carrot2 tbsp
  • 3 bellpepers1/2 cup
  • boiled corns2 tbsp
  • boiled peas2 tbsp
  • Salt1 tsp
  • pepper powder1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds for center
  • Oil for greasing tray and samosa

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Heat oil add jeera,onion and saute.add beans and carrot . Cook them.Add 3 bell peppers,boiled corn and peas,add spices. Our stuffing is ready.

Take flour, salt and oil in a bowl.mix them and take a dough.keep aside for 15 min. Now roll down a ball of dough cut in round with cookie cutter. Put stuffing in center.and cover with other round. Take a small lid and make a mark in center upon filling then taje a knife and make 16 marks on regular gap .

Now take 2 cuts join them and twist it and give shape of a leaf.our 8 leaves will be ready. Prerak it in center. And grease oil . Sprinkle black seasme seeds in center . Arrange in greased tray and bake for 25 min at 180 degree . Serve with sauce
