Biryani stuffed beetroot buns

Here I am with my innovative fusion dish which is tasty as well healthy.As all kids love buns and breads I make buns stuffed with biryani and instead of ordinary bun I made beetroot bun.

🧺 Ingredients

  • flour1 cup
  • yeast1 tsp
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Salt1/4tsp
  • 1/2beetroot pure
  • ready biryani1/2cup
  • black and white sesame seeds1/2 tsp
  • Milk for milk wash

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Add yeast in lukewarm water and add sugar.mix them and keep for 10 min.to activate.take flour and salt make puree of beetroot.

Take flour in a bowl and make a well add yeast mix and make dough with beet puree.add butter and knead for 7 min.cover with cling and keep at warm place till doubles.

When it double knead again and make equal 3 balls.flattern ball in your palm and stuff it with biryani.and seal from all sides.and again make a ball.just like prepare all.

Keep them in a greased baking tray for 20 min.for rise.preheat ovan and give milk wash to buns.sprinkle sesame seeds.and bake them for 15-20 min.at 180 degree.butter them and serve hot with sauce.our tasty ,healthy,flavoured biryani buns are ready.
