Carrot cake is a lovely,tasty,healthy cake and I made it in special shape and favorite it nicely because I want that they don't ask me ..Which cake it is but only go for it.and most importantly I made it with wheat flour instead of flour.

🧺 Ingredients

  • grated carrot1 cup
  • Wheat Flour1 cup
  • Butter5 tbsp
  • Sugar3/4 cup
  • milkmaid1 cup
  • Baking Soda1/2 tsp
  • Baking Powder1 tsp
  • Pinch of nutmeg powder
  • Cinnamon powder1/4tsp
  • Salt1/4tsp
  • Vanilla essence1 tsp
  • Whipped cream for icing
  • Color sprinklers
  • Mint Leaves
  • Vinegar1 tsp
  • buttermilk1/4 cup

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Take milkmaid in a bowl and add buttermilk,vanilla,oil and vinegar.whisk finely till everything mixed.now sieve all dry ingredients

Combine all dry ingredients into wet ingredients by cut and fold method.add little water if required.fruther add grated carrot.combine all and transfer battar in silicon cake mould or greased mould .Bake cake at 180 degree for 30 to 40 min.

Let it cool.fill whipped cream in piping bag.pipe cream on cake add sprinkles and garnish with mint leaves
