Veggie Paneer Pockets
Healthy and tasty paneer preparation for Kids
🧺 Ingredients
- 200 Grams Paneer (Shredded)
- Green chillies (Finely Chopped)2 Nos
- Onions (Finely Chopped)1 Nos
- 4-5 Cloves Garlic (Finely Chopped)
- 1-2 TBSPN Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)
- Per Tatse Salt
- 1 Tspn Red Chilly Powder
- For sallow fry Oil
- 1/2 Capsicum (Finely chopped)
- Carrot (shredded)1 Medium
- 2 - 3 Flowers Brocolli (Shredded)
- 5-6 Mint Leaves (Finley chopped)
- Wheat Flour (to kneed a dough)2 Cups
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Kneed a smooth (like Chapati) dough from wheat flour and keep it aside. Let it rest.
In a mixing bowl, take finely chopped onion, broccoli, carrot, capsicum.
Add finely chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, finely chopped garlic and green chillies to it and mix gently.
Add Shredded Paneer (cottage cheese) to it and mix smoothly.
Season it with all the spices and give it a toss gently.
Stuffing is ready !!!
Roll the chapati from the dough (should be thin like a fulka).
Fill in the stuffing and make pockets.
shallow fry all the pockets by applying oil on both the sides till brown.
Your healthy Paneer pockets are ready to be served.
Serve them hot with the deep of your choice. (we have used Mint Mayonnaise and South West Dip).
